We are confident that it's no accident that you are here. You have come here to quench the thirst within you. You will need to return, again and again to absorb all that you can here. These truths are universal. They are cosmic. That is to say they are true throughout our universe, not just on planet earth, or some tiny province, or some secret location. Every bit of matter, every shred of energy knows. Your own body knows. That's why we can say with such confidence, Your Body Gets IT! That is why you are here. Absorb what you can, now, in this moment, and return later when you can soak up more information. The more you feed your mind, the less stress you will have in your body as you learn what you bodymind really needs. We are here to help you on your way. YBGI provides what you need to feel nourished and loved and cared for as you need it. |

YourBodySpeaksYourMind In her new book Your Body Speaks Your Mind, Deb Shapiro puts forth the concept that by thinking of our body and mind as being separate entities we are doing ourselves a disservice. She points out the very simple fact that every thought we have that we act on, and some we don't are energy. That energy is converted through neuropeptides into chemicals and electical signals throughout the body to respond. And most of it happens on an unconcsious level. |
